– 1 ≤ 3 + 4x < 23 ⇒ – 1 – 3 ≤ 4x < 23 – 3 ⇒ – 4 ≤ 4x < 20 ⇒ – 1 ≤ x < 5, x ∈ R
Solution Set = { – 1 ≤ x < 5; x ∈ R}
